I’m a landscape photographer from Perth, Western Australia, with a deep passion for capturing the beauty of nature.
I discovered photography in 2016 after several years where grief and past trauma had consumed me. It began simply with an iPhone, on a bowling green, while on holiday in South Australia with friends competing in the National Police Lawn Bowls Competition. One evening, a sunset overwhelmed me completely. The following day, I spent hours walking, discovering and photographing, something shifted, and photography became part of my healing.
My work has since received honourable mentions in the International iPhone Awards and Australian Photographer of the Year and I came very close to having an image featured on an Apple billboard.
In 2019, I transitioned to the Nikon Z6 and essentially learned photography all over again. This led to features by Nikon, including having an image used in their 10 Years of My Nikon Life celebration.
In 2025, after realising that shooting from the sky would give me access to an entirely new perspective, I purchased a DJI Mini 4 Pro drone — and honestly, I haven’t looked back. Western Australia from the sky is extraordinary.
Photography forms part of a long-term plan toward retirement in the next decade or so. This journey brings together my background in not-for-profits, marketing, photography, and now NFT photography. Web3 fits naturally into this vision, supporting a slow, intentional, and creative future.
