How Lucky am I?

Every now and then I stop and think about just how lucky I am.

As a photographer drawn to the natural environment, I’ve realised my passion isn’t limited by seasons or weather.

Whether it’s chasing a storm in the Wheatbelt, standing beneath the Milky Way on a clear night, gazing into the turquoise waters under the midday sun, or catching the aurora when she decides to dance. I love it all.

Over the past few days, I’ve been sorting through old photos and hard drives and it’s really made me reflect on how grateful I am to have found something that feels so instinctively right.

Photography as a skill and passion is a constant reminder of how much beauty surrounds us.

I’m heading back out to the Wheatbelt soon (it’s calling again!) and have a little trip lined up in the new yea, I’ll share more about that soon.

For now, I’m just feeling thankful to have my camera and the beauty of Western Australia.
