How Exclusivity Works
Exclusivity begins on purchase.
Once your agreement is confirmed, the image is removed from our shop and is no longer sold or licensed to others for your selected term.
Coverage includes close variations. Your agreement covers the selected photograph, including crops and alternate edits derived from the same original shot.
Full transparency. Before your purchase is confirmed, you’ll be advised of the number of standard prints already in existence, if any.
Copyright remains with the artist. Vicki-Louise White retains copyright and may continue to display the photograph in her portfolio.
Showcase your space. You may photograph the installed artwork and use those photographs to promote your property, interior design project or accommodation.
Renew your exclusivity. At the end of your chosen term, you may renew for 50% of the original exclusivity fee.
Exclusive Print Ownership
Our Exclusivity Offer allows you to purchase a fine art photographic print and secure exclusive display rights for your chosen period.
During your exclusivity period, the selected photograph is removed from the VLW Photography online shop, giving you a distinctive piece of artwork for your home, accommodation, commercial space or design project.
Whether you’re styling a luxury apartment, designing a hotel interior, furnishing an Airbnb or creating a signature space, this offer provides an opportunity to display a photograph with a period of exclusivity.

What Happens When Your Exclusivity Period Ends?
Your physical print remains yours to enjoy, display and treasure long after your exclusivity period ends.
Once the agreed period expires, the photograph may return to the VLW Photography online shop and become available for purchase again.
Your exclusivity applies for the agreed period only. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original photograph, which remains with VLW Photography.
